Recruitment Process

Our recruitment initiates by signing an agreement between the employer and the AS-MEP Consultant by stating clearly the terms and conditions regarding demand and supply of manpower from India. To accomplish this process, this agreement should be signed by both the parties upon which the manpower trade will be executed.

Employers Parts:

DEMAND LETTER

The employer /Principal will officially issue a demand letter in favour of AS-MEP Consultants stating as

Job categories :

Number of workers required in each category

Monthly salary

Duration of contract

And other amenities for workers such as food, medical, transport, air passage, accommodation etc.

 

LETTER OF AUTHORITY

After demanding letter the second step is to issue a letter of authority that should be in the favor of AS-MEP consultants by the employer / principal addressed to the Consulate General of the concerned Embassy in India, informing him that AS-MEP Consultants is their bonafide Manpower recruiting agent fully authorized to deal with submissions and delivery, all visa matters, with the said Embassy.

AGREEMENT OF EMPLOYMENT

This is a standard employment contract between employer and employee.

Agent’s Part

SELECTION

We prefer selection process either by practical test or oral test, which conduct under the direction of the authorized representative. We arrange his/her accommodation, transport and all other support required for the purpose. In case we are entrusted with the selection & testing of the worker, we normally do it with the help of a team of knowledgeable experts for technical & professional categories under the direct supervision of our professional executives.

MEDICAL CHECKUP

After the selection of the candidates, we send them for the medical checkup in the authorized medical center of the respective Embassies of the nation of employment.

APPLICATION FOR VISA

After the final selection of the selected candidate, we apply for the visa as per the authorized term of the embassy of countries.

TICKETING AND EMIGRATION

To make possible travelling as per plan, the personnel may send PTA or revoke obligatory transportation expenditure in compliance of ASMEP Consultants. Our firm attains departure authorization from the respective Govt. Dept. for the applicants.

ORIENTATION BEFORE DEPARTURE

Our organization offers vital direction to workers before travelling overseas. The personnel is well-versed about their duties and responsibilities while the overseas and firsthand acquaintance of work environment there and most important features of labor laws of the country of employment.
